New Strategy Head At Wilmington Municipal Fixed Interest

Delaware-headquartered wealth manager Wilmington Trust has hired Stephen Winterstein as a managing director and head of strategy in the municipal fixed income group of the company’s wealth advisory services unit. Winterstein was most recently managing director of municipal fixed income with PNC Capital Advisors in Philadelphia, where he founded and led a team dedicated to municipal bond management for high net worth individuals and institutional clients. Other recent hires include municipal market veterans Ted Molin as senior credit analyst, from Ambac Assurance Corporation in New York, and Rebecca Rogers, who also joined from PNC Capital Advisors. “We continue our commitment to growing and investing in our wealth advisory business,” said Mark Graham, executive vice president of Wilmington Trust and head of the company’s wealth advisory services business. Wilmington manages about $44 billion in assets from offices in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Vermont, the Cayman Islands, the Channel Islands, London, Dublin, Frankfurt, Luxembourg and Amsterdam.
